For a seamless party experience, we kindly ask that all reservations be made at least one week before your desired event.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required upon reservation confirmation. The remaining balance can be settled on the day of your event.
Our dedicated staff will promptly get in touch with you to confirm the availability of your requested date. The Pool Manager will oversee party reservations in accordance with the following guidelines (please be aware that all parties must conclude by 10:00 PM and refer to point #5 for extensions past 9:00 PM).

Party Options
Small Party
(3 hrs.) – $100 (member price) – $250 (non-member price)
- 25 Person Limit, Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis; excludes holidays, special events and swim team events.
Large Party
(3 hrs.) – $200 (member price) -$350 (non-member price)
- 50 Person Limit, Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis; excludes holidays, special events and swim team events.
- Approval needed for parties between 1-6 PM Saturday and Sunday
Picnics
$350 (member price) – $500 (non-member price)
- Sunday through Thursday Only (Excluding Holidays)
- 100 Person Limit – parties exceeding 50 people require pool manager and board approval and a $150 refundable deposit.
- Lifeguard Fees $75.00 ($25.00 per guard- 3 guard minimum)
- No Party before 7:00 PM and must conclude no later than 10:00 PM
Extended Hours Party
- All persons in attendance must be members.9:00-10:00 PM with approval from guards on duty (or manager if scheduled in advance)
- Lifeguards $20/hour per guard (2 guard minimum)
