Founded in 1960 after a generous land donation by Holger and Lavinia Schaumann, Maple Valley is deeply rooted in community and tradition. Our journey began with the dedication of 12 passionate board members, who were elected to steer our vision. With their unwavering commitment, 250 bonds were sold along with a modest mortgage was secured to make Maple Valley a reality.

By joining Maple Valley, you gain access to a splendid 4-acre haven, meticulously ensconced within a lush, wooded landscape, embraced by the beauty of nature.

Maple Valley proudly stands as a valued member of the Suburban Swim League, providing a vibrant summer swim team open to children aged five (5) to eighteen (18) which every member is encouraged to take part.
