You’ll hear back from our facility manager shortly to confirm your reservation. Look for that e-mail! The rental fee for the pavilion is $50 – paid by credit card at the time of the submission of this form. A maximum of 50 guests are  allowed.  All non-member guests must pay the $3 guest fee.

Rules for the Pavilion Rental

  • A pavilion rental request my only be submitted by a Swim Club member, 18 years of age or older
  • All guests of the party are expected to adhere to the rules of the Swim Club
  • A list of guests must be provided indicating which expected attendees are member and which are not
  • Parties for the second time slot must end at 7:45 to allow for clean up
  • Refunds are at the manager’s discretion due to inclement weather.  If you wish to cancel, you must call the morning of your party
